Sehr schönes Anwesen in guter Lage. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert.

− Eingeschränkte Parkmöglichkeiten. Es steht ein Stellplatz in einer Garage zur Verfügung. Für "größere" Fahrzeuge zu klein.

A Wonderful Time in a Wonderful Place

It was simply a fantastic time! The hosts are incredibly warm, kind, and responsive. Communication was excellent. The house has absolutely everything needed for a stay with a child. A wonderful veranda, a beautiful garden, and a great pool made our experience even better. The location is also perfect – a quiet area, yet close to the center. Supermarkets are very nearby, which is very convenient. We are already dreaming of coming back for a longer stay because one week was not enough. A huge thank you for the warmth, hospitality, and cozy atmosphere!

Restful and a great place to recuperate after hikes in the region.

We loved our trip Sóller and our stay in Calm House. It was indeed calm. Francesc and Maribel were very helpful when we arrived. We had no problems at all, so the rest of the stay we were on our own.

Perfect house in lovely Soller

Absolutely lovely house, looks exactly like the pictures, with the added benefit of being super well-equipped (kitchen utensils and essentials such as oil, vinegar, etc, pool towels, spare towels, cloths, etc). The hosts were very communicative and provided good instructions to get there. Location is very good and the Bar Molino around the corner has great food! Will definitely come back.

− Everything was great, not much to complain at all! Just a very, very small thing, which is that bedsheets could use some updating. But honestly, I’d still go back without a second thought

This property is individual, we have a secondary separated property at the end of the backyard that has an individual entry for our personal use and is not included for the use of the reservations. When you book , we will not be using the pool and backyard as it will be exclusive for your use. Please note that for us to access our little backyard house our entry communicates with the backyard and pool.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
