9.0La disponibilidad y amabilidad del anfitrión. La situación para visitar la parte oriental de Cantabria. La amplitud del alojamiento. El camino a la bonita playa de Oriñón (paseo andando de 15 minutos por eucaliptos). La comunicación con Laredo y Castro Urdiales, donde están todos los servicios.
− Está en un sitio de acceso un poco difícil; eso, por otro lado, garantiza que no hay mucha gente en la urbanización. La playa de Sonabia; difícil acceso con gente algo "rarita".

10.0What a marvellous place! Wonderful beaches, wild nature, ocean tides, vultures circling above. Alfredo is a wonderful host – always trying to help, share practical information or link to places worth visit. Not many toursist around there – at least in late May – so it is a place to go if you want some proper rest.

9.0Very spacious with multiple rooms and bathrooms. Especially the living area was great. The host Alfredo was very helpful. Nice location between Castro and Laredo.
