Great apartment and a fantastic holiday.
10.0The property was perfect for four people.
− Nothing really about the property but it would be helpful if the keys for the gates opened them all. One day a key would open the gate the next day it wouldn’t, we had to walk all the way round the outside of the complex to get to the shopping mall instead of a short walk past the pool. Just a note, we read previous reviews on the property and some said it could do with a washing machine, it’s in a small outhouse to the left of the front door.

9.0Location very good. Pool very nice. Plenty of towels, kitchen equipment etc available. Also very good to have pool resources available
− Everything was very good really happy with our stay. Only issue is that the bed wasn't very comfortable. Could probably do with a new mattress

10.0Fantastic place to stay. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. The pool and surroundings were very clean and modern. Situated across the road from the boulevard and close to a small shopping centre , It's perfectly placed. 5 minutes walk to consum and Paddy's point. 15 minutes walk to the beach. And if you like a good walk. 30 minute walk to Cabo Roig. The agent Andres was very helpful and accommodating. Everything went with a hitch.

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
