− The cost for the house changed from the one in Booking, once they contacted me, asking for 300€ additional cost (because of cleaning and heat cost) that was not included in the initial cost for the house. I believe the final price should be shown in Booking to avoid any additional unexpected expense. Plus they charge 50€ if you don’t do your own checkin with their own online app
