− Kein Fahrstuhl/Lift im Gebäude.

− Wasserabflüsse auf der Straße vor der Tür sind mit Metallplatten gedeckelt die beim Befahren sehr laut sein können

9.0Sehr gute Lage. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt problemlos mit Schlüsselbox. Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz.
