Ok
6.0Location
− Leak from when shower was used
Sedbergh is really nice for a few days, beutiful surroundings.
6.0Location was great even though difficult to find at first
− Not very well cleaned. I told the staff that there was no fry pan. I was first told there is one, after telling that there was none I was told the previous guest must have taken it. I never got any fry pan:(
Fantastic! I would definitely consider staying there again, and would recommend it to anyone.
9.0Eveerything about this property was spot on. Well appointed, beautifully clean and just generally exactly what we were looking for as a base for a quick weekend getaway.
− Nothing at all. There are no complaints whatsoever. We had an issue that was unforeseen - not going to go into details - and the owner had it all sorted out in no time flat, and it in no way had a negative effect on our stay, if anything it was handled so efficiently that it was instantly a funny story that we will tell and remember; kudos to the owner / operator on that one.
Unfortunate as Booking.com had listed a bath which didn’t exist and the flooring was unfortunate.
1.0A lovely cottage that the ladies had made very clean and cosy.
− Unfortunately the shower flooded into the lounge below. We were subsequently told it was due to the neighbours drains. The owners agreed to refund us and we left but at great inconvenience as we had to find somewhere else that took dogs.
Ok for a stop off but wouldn’t want to stay longer
5.0It was handy for the village.
− It is very small. You have to park in a narrow street to unload then find somewhere to park. As it was dark when we arrived it was difficult unloading as there is no lighting in the alleyway. The heating had not been on and it wasn’t very warm and downstairs is quite cold. You can hear the neighbours quite clearly. We were left some milk but it was a week out of date so was off.
