− Very badly maintained, thread bare stained carpets, poorly maintained courtyard, insufficient crockery, cutlery etc to cook/feed number of occupants. Beds very comfortable and clean, owner very good at communicating. Whole property needs a facelift and restocking. Photos on booking.com completely misleading as to the state of the interior.

1.0The day we left
− Where do I even start… The living room stinks of animal urine - even when we messaged the owner no response. The single bed had slats that were broken and on the floor. The house had stains and burn marks all over it. The shower had the same amount as pressure as a leaky tap. The kitchen, I don’t even think there was a cupboard or any appliances that didn’t look like it had been bombed. The oven hood alongside all radiators are either dirty or rusted. The garden was more over grown than the Amazon, with a shed that looked like it was built in the Tudor times. None of the photos correspond to anything in the house.

− There was a funny smell in the house that was not nice at all.
Avoid, property not fit for receiving guests.
1.0The only good thing to be said about this property is that the location is decent. It still doesn't make up for the state the property is in.
− Do not book this place. The photos seen in booking.com are in no way representative of the actual state of the property. Nearly every piece of furniture is broken. The carpet is full of burnt marks and in one of the rooms there's traces of what appears to be blood in the carpet. As soon as we walked in there was a stench of tobacco and the living room had a constant odour of urine which persisted even when we complained and cleaners were sent around again. The garden is overgrown, unusable, and in a sorry state. Listen to the more recent reviews, avoid it. Unfortunately booking.com won't allow me to upload all the photos and videos that I have of the property. I had family staying over for my wedding so this was incredibly disappointing and put a damper on the whole thing.
