Short stay for Cartmel races
5.0Check in was communicated well, key lock easy accessible. Nice touch with bottle of Prosecco on arrival.
− Situated very close to a busy road, noise from traffic intense overnight. Dirty laundry from previous guests left in wardrobe as per instructions of host, would have expected this to have been removed before our stay.
Great location
9.0It was a base for us travelling around the south lakes, location was close to near by town centre. Therefore walkable. Quite neighbours.
− We had no problem, but if you're sensitive to traffic noise at night, this is close to a main road if you're in the front bedroom.

2.0Location was close to town but vey very noisy from a very busy road from early morning to late at night.
Cosy comfortable cottage.
8.0The location was excellent, & the parking, central heating & hot water were all really good. Seating area comfortable.
− Kitchen not very well stocked with utensils and crockery and the cooker was hard to switch on and very slow getting hot. No garden to sit in as advertised. Double bed very comfy but single beds very hard.
