− Glass furniture in the living room, not as little kid friendly. This was a minor thing overall.

Comfortable, well eqipped base for visiting family in the area. Easy walk into the town.
9.0Location, off street parking, washing machine, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, living room TV, fast WiFi.
− Towels too small and would prefer more dishwasher tabs and bin bags. We arrived late after shops were closed so couldn’t get milk. Other places we have stayed the owners have left a welcome litre of milk in the fridge which is always a nice touch when you’re desperate for a cuppa. The house was warm which was great but first night we couldn’t get the heating to turn down so we were too hot (it was too late to contact Patrick to query and it was ok for the rest of the break). TV in the main bedroom didn’t work. Shower wasn’t very powerful making washing kids long hair more tricky. Lock box wouldn’t close on departure morning so posted keys back through letterbox. Nothing major but just small improvement ideas.
