10.0Property was clean and very well equipped. Jill popped by to say hello on arrival. Loved the location. Despite the trains this was one of the most peaceful sites we’ve ever stayed.
− Not much to dislike. Amenities a short drive away. You get used to the trains after a short while.

Perfect location for a great weekend in the countryside
8.0The caravan was perfect for a friend and I in the area for a friends wedding at Doxford barns , the village pub was great fun and the regulars were very welcoming. Great view across the fields. Jill the Host met us on arrival with a warm welcome and made sure everything was as expected.
Great base to explore area!
10.0Great location & a great base to get to the beaches along the coast of Northumberland. Grandkids enjoyed it too.
− Probably the trains, though did get used to them passing after a few hours.
