Loved the place. The caravan could have been cleaner.
4.0Location and facilities. The position of the caravan was lovely but the cleanliness of the property really let it down.
− Ants crawling in the caravan, dirty. Not cleaned to a good standard. Cobwebs all over the furniture outside and dirty decking. It needs a deep clean and the ants addressed.

− Very cold at night and the fire wasnt working.i did mention this but nothing was done about it.

− There were large numbers of spiders in the room. The rooms felt dusty. We wanted to enjoy our meal outside with a view of the Lake, but the deck was covered in cobwebs and the floor was covered in dust.
