8.0Location excellent, very quiet. Lovely big rooms and plenty of room around the dining table.
− Only minor things really - Driveway needs upgrading, more suitable for a Land Rover than a normal road car. Missing a teapot and a better selection of cooking utensils would be good, plus more serving spoons.

8.0The property itself ha slots of character and made a gorgeous, rustic backdrop to our NYE celebrations. The surrounding countryside was also perfect for long walks in nature. It was easy to get in and we were able to make good use of the kitchen and shared living spaces (dining table & sitting area) as a group of 13. We had such a great time there, we would absolutely go back.
− One of the 4 rooms had a bath, rather than a shower and one of the 3 showers didn't get any hot water, so we were sharing 2 between us which was a bit of a squeeze. I was in one of the large king size beds which was really comfortable, but some of my friends reported other double beds were very small for a couple or not very comfortable (dipping a lot in the middle, for example). We brought food with us, but assumed that essentials like salt & pepper would be available, which they weren't, so worth bringing everything you need. Overall it was a really positive experience though, these were all minor points.

A very special place!
10.0The property was perfectly designed for 4 families with large rooms and ensuite bathrooms with such unique design, lots of large windows and natural light and lovingly and artistically furnished. It made our celebration of my Dad’s 90th birthday for our family of 14 with 3 generations so special and memorable. The views from the patio were spectacular!

Great value, well located with everything needed for a large group get together
9.0We had a comfortable stay and had everything we needed including travel cot and high chair. We enjoyed the gardens and the house was well situated for lots of local walks with plenty to do nearby. Once we had booked, the owners provided us with lots of useful information and were very accessible in case we needed anything further. We thought the property was good value for money and the children loved the unique decor. We would recommend this property.
