Ok
7.0Location convenient for local coop
− No corkscrew provided which was not ideal for a Boxing Day drink. Only 4 forks in the house which sleeps 5. Creaky floors. Place could do with a lick of paint - flacky paint in bathroom and kitchen. Stains on ceiling of down stairs bathroom.
Lovely area, nice little house but could be so much better…………
6.0Pleasant little house on outskirts of Lymm. One parking space outside. Two toilets, one bath. Small outside patio at rear. Lovely area. Lymm village very pretty and interesting. Good spot to explore the area.
− The sofas are chronically uncomfortable, desperately need replacement. We had to use the hard dining chairs. Kitchen needs a dishwasher, this will improve the crockery/cutlery as well. House generally needs a refresh IMO. Impression is it’s a while since any update done. Lounge very brown. Garden neglected. Chiminea full of cigarettes. Double bed comfy, but access only one side. So we had to use the single bed as well (no headboard). The twin beds are a strange pair, one looks like a camp bed. Generally, the feel is that it has been furnished with charity shop/secondhand goods, which is not necessarily a bad thing, as long as they are of good quality and comfortable. I’d suggest the owner stays in the house for a few nights to experience how things are for visitors, which will inform how to improve. Also, needs some lighting other than the one “big light” on the ceiling. Only lamp in house was a small bedside light in the double bedroom, neither of the other two bedrooms had lamps.

All in all a lovely property for a very reasonable price!
8.0Conveniently located. Love the Co-Op being just steps away. Enjoyed being able to get her as a group in the evenings for conversation with our own alcohol-saved a fortune from being in a hotel bar. One of our party vaped and enjoyed the back garden & facilities. If I had one complaint it would be couches were low and deep and after a while hurt our backs.
− Couches. No flannels for shower. Plug next to sink did not work.
Very good and very safe place to stay.
10.0its a holiday home, location out of city, in the village. Very nice and clean environment, village atmosphere. even have public transport but good to have a car, about 30min drive to old trafford and city center and about 45min to Liverpool
− all perfect except only one COOP supermarket its locate very short walking distance from the unit. Only one bar nearest about 3min drive and other shopping like Tesco express and petrol station around 5 to 10 min drive.
Chaise Meadows was perfect for our needs. Location could not have been better as we know the area well.
9.0Compact house with very well equipped kitchen and plenty of seating in the lounge area. A downstairs toilet is a bonus. Not the right time of year for us to use the garden but would be nice to sit out in the warmer months. Good to have own parking space right in front of the house. Having a well-stocked local supermarket so close is perfect.
− The very low sofas don’t lend themselves to sit, but rather to “lounge” on. They are also difficult for older people to get up from. Extremely creaky floorboards in the 2 back bedrooms could be an issue for people sensitive to noise.
