House in desperate need of decorating and deep cleaning.

Location was adequate for our needs.

− House was filthy. No pillow protectors on pillows, bed linen really old faded and unpleasant, we assume washed but didn’t smell fresh and all was creased and crumpled. Towels were old and paper thin. The general decor and furniture was old and of very poor quality. The fabric on chairs and sofa was stained and grubby, the kitchen was tidy but the saucepans and trays needed a good scrub as did the oven. The extractor fan was absolutely disgusting. The windows were filthy. There were cobwebs indoors and out. On the plus point there were plenty of cleaning products in the kitchen it was a shame they were all unused!

We were close to be able to get to theatre in Milton Keynes especially just a £7 uber away. The garden was a great little sun trap and the house was clean tidy and spacious. A 5 minute drive to Lidl and a short drive to Willen lake which was a gorgeous place. Great location and very pleased with our stay. Hosts are great communicators and even left a couple surprises for our birthday girl which were very much appreciated. Thank you

− Not a dislike just more of a tip. Being there during a bit of a heatwave the ensuite bathroom towel radiator was on from about 6am so going in there in a morning was extremely hot. I have passed this feedback to the owner already. In winter it will be great for toasty warm towels after a shower though.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was spotless, very family-friendly, and the garden was perfect for the kids to play in. There were even toys provided, which was a thoughtful touch and kept the little ones entertained. The host was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for families!

A cosy and clean house with everything you need.

The house was very spacious and cosy when we arrived, the shower was nice and hot with great water pressure, the bed was comfy and the sheets/ pillow were good quality, the garden was a nice space to spend some time outside. The living room/dining room was big enough for everyone to sit and spend time together.

− The main bathrooms shower had a very low mount for the shower head… this left everyone that stayed to use the on suite bathroom for a shower which was a little annoying. But wouldn’t stop me from booking again!
