Lovely house with enclosed garden. Gopd facilities

− Check out time was 11 bit cleaners arrived at 10 saying it was 10.. We had to hurry and load car and leave so they could get in

Very nice house.

− To say they charge a £110 cleaning fee it wasnt clean, salt all over the kitchen stairs, shower screen and bathroom tiles full of dirty water marks non of beds cleaned under and anthing behind. Was told about an exta £25 fee for hottub use AFTER i had booked and paid.

Beautiful house, great location for local amenities etc. We had a lovely, relaxing and comfortable stay.

Disappointed with the house, have paid less for much better properties in the past

Nothing springs to mind

− House was tired, poor decoration. Lack of comfortable seating. No information left in the property and no guest book. Security was very poor. Padlock on patio door and Yale lock on front door could not be locked from instead. Rough paving around the the hot tub. Room closed off, supposedly the dining room ? Very slippy tiles on bathroom floors when wet. Ice maker on the fridge unable to use as there was no instructions or bucket? Garden was uninspiring and overlooked from all sides.

Horrrific company - stay clear the owner should get someone else to manage it absolutely diabolical

Sadly the management company https://qfliving.com ruined this holiday for us. The management were the most rudest people I’ve ever come across in my life. I’ve stayed in many many air b and b and five star accommodation For a trip to Great Yarmouth use someone else as their prices are lies They told me to make “better use of my time” than to complain. When I say rude I mean absolutely horrific https://qfliving.com And they offshore their call centre so it’s impossible to speak to someone locally. The whole experience ruined the whole holiday and would ensure this company that manages this is held accountable for their unprofessional and absolutely absurd practices. The added extras were extortionate Despite saying there’s a hot tub you can only use it after you’ve paid to stay assuming obviously that’s included with the price. No it’s not it’s an additional £25 per night so that was an additional £75 after £400 for a 2 night stay Then they take a £300 deposit! And then threaten to take it if you leave a bad review Thankfully I made sure to video everything so they couldn’t claim that it was a mess when we left there So you can’t cancel by that point. Check in isn’t till 4pm and you have to leave by 11am and had to pay extra for 1 hour to arrive earlier which was another £25 The internet is so slow so if you plan on working there don’t bother

− Sadly there was nothing that could be done after being spoken to rudely spoken to and threatened then with extra charges They tried to say we left a mess but I had video evidence so could prove otherwise., as all they want to do is take your money. The cost in total to stay in a reasonable house cost in excess of £600 stay somewhere else
