A cosy beachside retreat.
9.0Lodge was in a great location for us; lots of beachside and countryside walks for our dog straight from the door; others a short car ride away. The lodge was very comfortable, very nicely furnished and kitchen well equipped.
− Nothing. We alerted the agents to the main TV in the lounge not properly connected (so access to channels was limited) but an easy fix & didnt spoil our stay.
Very dissatisfied- not value for money.

− The lodge needs maintenance and has deteriorated dramatically since our last visit 1 dishwasher does not work 2 shower head does not work 3 no hairdryer 4 all kitchen cupboards are delaminating 5 grill and oven were not clean 6 Rug in lounge needs a good clean as do cushion covers 7 blinds do not close. 8 blinds missing from 2 windows. 9 curtains at patio door not close properly 10 outside light does not work

A really lovely home from home
10.0Clean and modern lodge, situated walking distance to beach. Quiet location and very comfortable. A lovely home from home Beds were comfortable and everything you needed in the kitchen. When help was required, staff were available to assist.
− No Instructions on how to use TV controls. (No help for technophobes). Laminated kitchen cupboards near heat need adhering back to units.

9.0great location so close to the sea and countryside, very quiet and very comfortable, slept well as beds were very comfy
− nothing was bad just missing couple of items that would of made it a fantastic experience no cushions for the outdoor seating, no hair dryer (not a problem for me but wife would have brought her own if she had known) no salt pepper pots so had to go without until we got some from a pub lol
Ideal for what we wanted. Right next to a lovely beach, site was very quiet. All in all very happy.
9.0Good communication. Lovely comfortable lodge.
− Unfortunately lodge fittings are looking a little tired. Kitchen doors have delaminated and the ones next to the oven are maybe of concern. Bathroom was fine as were bedrooms. Blinds throughout were difficult to use and did not close properly. It just needs a bit of love to make it really nice.
