9.0Very cozy and location was great, everything in easy walking distance, the station; town center; sea. Commnication with hosts was top notch. We had a wonderful Christmas, able to cook a full Christmas dinner and appreciated that decorations were in the house, which made us feel very welcome and at home.

10.0The location is ideal for visiting Brighton, close to the station and all the independent shops, easy walk to the beach too. The free parking is fine for two medium sized cars and a real bonus. The cottage feels like the cottage it was but has been updated to make it a perfect place to stay. The kitchen is really well equipped, matching sets of everything you need. Spare sets of keys too which makes a great difference as we only used the key lock box on arrival and when leaving. We used the first floor bedroom and bathroom, and separately my brother used the sofa bed in the sitting room with the ground floor bathroom. That suited us better than the bedroom on the mezzanine floor but we could easily have accommodated another one or two.

− The stairs were very steep which might be difficult for some, but the cottage was very pretty & clean with lots of little extras
