A truly stunning place - spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped (and we had lovely weather too)
9.0The location is perfect. Just a 5 minute drive from the facilities of the town but set in a large and private plot away from the traffic and summer crowds.
− Our stay was during the hot weather so it would have been nice if there had been some fans available, but overall that is a small criticism.
Great place, nice location . Highly recommended for a larger family group or few couples. Very neat
9.0The location we required was to be outside the main town yet not too far. It fulfilled both. Ample space. 4 Bedrooms and for us there was an extra bedroom which we didn't even use. Best thing was 3 bathrooms. Which was very handy for the whole family. Two lounges was handy as we used bigger lounge on first floor at night time to watch TV etc but as weather was very hot during the day the lower lounge was more comfortable. Badminton net was there so we actually played for hours. Two car parking space was appreciated. Water temp was perfect. Overall great experience and we all had a lovely time .

9.0Lovely spacious property, the beds are very comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and very responsive Excellent imanagement information provided before arrival. A good location just outside Barmouth. Close to Llechwydd zip world.
The property was beautiful with stunning views of the river. The host was great.

10.0We had a fabulous stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was amazing.
− The bed on the mezzanine level couldn't be used due to a problem with the banister but the hosts provided a solution.
