Pleasant accommodation for a short break in a lovely village
7.0Pleasant cottage, located in village centre. Adequately equipped. Lympstone has a shop (basic), a good cafe, pub and art gallery. There are many footpaths and estuary beaches to explore.
− Lack of hot water and unpleasant musty smell in bedroom despite having windows open. Also street lights in adjacent car park shine into bedroom.
Relaxing stay. Beautiful location and quaint accomodation.

8.0I have been to the property twice before . It is in an excellent location . All amenities within property , local food store and pub. Great local transport. Sure to visit again.
− Uncomfortable seating. ! Chaise may be in keeping with property, but very hard to sit on , even with cushions.

10.0Everything about this property is beautiful, it’s ideally located, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Train station within walking distance and a beautiful little coffee shop. Also love the history of the place, please read the information on the property’s history ❤️.
