8.0Spacious, clean and well-decorated house, with a well-equipped kitchen, sitting room/dining room and conservatory, plus a garden. Plenty of off-street parking space for a car. The house is a short walk (about 15 minutes) from the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water.

9.0House was spotlessly clean. The management team kept is informed of things leading up to and during our stay. Fantastic location! Absolutely ideal cottage to stay in for 5 of us for 3 nights 4 days. Thank you.
− If someone ran any hot tap upstairs, it created a nosie in the smallest bedroom. That said as long as you all go to bed at the same time and are up at the same time (which we were) it was not a problem.

7.0Good communication with owner. Bread, eggs, milk and juice left for us. Great location for popular spot in Cotswolds.
− The showers were very poor. The bathroom shower alternated between no pressure and a very short burst. The shower in main ensuite was too hot and couldn't be adjusted, so could only stand under for couple of seconds at a time.
