10.0Secret Garden is a very cute place to be in experience a beautiful English Garden. The place is really spaces for 2 people and giving a better experience like being home away from. It is a definitely the right choice than book in the hotel. Sue and Roy have been every welcoming and Milly, my personal daily visitor is super friendly. The team at Exclusive Eastbourne is amazing and very helpful on any concerns so we have extended our stay at Secret Garden for 1 more week and move to another bigger place with Exclusive Eastbourne. I would recommend this place.

Clean and well appointed in a quaint setting
8.0Most amenities were present.
− Only minor things really. Two small toilet rolls are insufficient for a week in the absence of other tissues or kitchen roll. One tea cloth is not enough for a weeks stay. There were safety issues in the bathroom- no anti slip mat and no rail for support (we are both in our eighties) and had concerns.
Cosy place. Easy to use and enjoy. Found folks in Eastbourne friendly. Great shops and facilities.
8.0Great location for easy wander into Eastbourne and for driving about to Brighton and Lewes for days out.
− We knew it didn't have disabled facilities as such but a ramp that could be put by the steps into the garden would be of great use. (Sue next door said she'd do this if we stay again).
