Beautiful property in a quiet spot well located a short drive from Rye and the beach.

Privacy. Safe. Spacious. Quiet. Relaxing. Farm animals over the fence ... not many, not noisy.

− TV was small for the size of the room, so struggled to see it clearly, but that’s just a small thing.

6.0Great location, friendly welcome.
− Tired accommodation and scuffed in places. Kitchen doors / dishwasher door misaligned and not fixed properly. Bedrooms on the cold side, underfloor heating not efficient although a plug in radiator was provided. Not quite the standard we had expected.
