Sad and unloved
7.0The house was very pleasant garden was great especially good if you have a dog enclosd hottub excellent.
− On arrival we were met with 4 bags full of bedding and towels which we then had to make our own beds and put the towels out. It had not been cleaned there was soap scum on the taps sinks in bathroom floors had not been swept cupboards under the sink full of mould. On the hole it looked very sad and unloved.
Lovely garden and nice quiet area. Could do with a bit of a refurb.
7.0Nice enclosed garden, that is fantastic for the dogs. Very quiet peaceful area at the end of a lane. Hot tub was lovely, and the beds were comfortable.
− Kitchen equipment was lacking. Only 3 bowls and lots of random cups and glasses. No frying pan. Only 4 wooden chairs to the outdoor furniture. There were 2 other chairs outside, but one of them was broken on the seating area. The bbq is very tired, and could do with replacing. Some of the decor is looking a bit tired (scuffed and peeling wallpaper).

8.0Location very convenient. Property fairly easy to find. Hot tub clean and easy to use. Rural but not far from amenities. Quiet. Lovely walks and good cafes, restaurant and grocery shop.
