Small cottage in a Lovely spot 1/2 hour walk to the castle. Not big but all you need. Good pub
8.0Location was lovely short walk to the canal lock and ducks visiting almost to the front door. Easy access to the pub nextdoor Food and drink excellent. Bedrooms are a good size with good comfortable beds. The stairs up 2 flights to the top room were tight but doable. Lounge area was traditional and had comfortable seating for 3. The kitchen was well equipped and could seat 4 around a table with a little effort. Parking at the pub rear yard was not a problem.
− Both the pull cord lights in the bathroom/toilet had string that was well used and needs shortening or changing to make them look cleaner. The banquette seating was only really good for storage. Used as a shelf.
Cosy and comfortable cottage
8.0Gorgeous, cosy cottage right on the canal-side. Very comfortable and perfectly located for sight-seeing in Warwick. A visit to the pub next door is a must - great selection of beers, lovely staff and delicious food (with good vegan and veggie options).
− As a historic cottage it is quite small and there is a lack of daylight/fresh air on the ground floor. Otherwise it is perfect!

10.0Really cosy and snug your staff in the pub are an absolute credit to you both they couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Always made sure we had a place to sit and eat your excellent food even when the pub was busy .Will definitely be coming back sometime in the near future

A quirky cottage on the banks of the canal. Best visited in summer months.
6.0Handy location with parking in pub next door. House was clean and tidy & there was plenty of hot water. Staff in pub were very helpful. Bonus having money off the bill in the pub too!
− The house was really drafty & although there were some radiators the heating was programmed and not on for long. Friday was a very colld day & it did not get much above 5 degrees. Arrival time was given several weeks ago so it would have been nice to have arrived at a warm cottage rather than have to wait hours for the place to warm up. I think a heavy thick curtain behind the front door would help stop the draft and also one between the lounge & kitchen area too.
