First house♡

It was horrendous.

I didn’t like anything.

− The house was dirty, mould was up walls, front door smashed and back window broken. We couldn’t stay in the house due to the condition. I had a disabled adult with me and also my grandad. He wasn’t able to go up the stairs due to them being so steep and the stairs were small so you had to walk up them sideways. Die to him unable to tackle the stairs he had to try and sleep on the couch which was legit a mattress topper on top of metal wires and you could feel everything through it. Also a bed up stairs was broken as well. The smell was horrible. We didn’t sleep the first night due to worrying about the broken window at front door as if they removed the wood it was right beside lock so anyone could gain entry to the property. We ended up leaving after the first night and found different accommodation.

It had linen and towels other then that there is nothing good about the property if we could have left straight away we would have but due to there being an event on in the area there wasn’t anywhere that we could have afforded

− From the minute we turnt up was awful the glass in the panel of the door was smashed and a thing bit of glass replaced it then when we got in the inside of the door from obviously it being smashed was still sharp washes of glass, the smell was horrendous, the first thing we done was go to the shops to buy air fresheners that only took a little bit of the smell away, the mould, the broken sofa bed, not plug in bath so couldn’t have a bath, the skirting hanging off We couldn’t find anywhere else for our time in Kettering, we didn’t sleep well at all, the two children in the property was up and down all night, also the bathroom is downstairs and both kids were scared to go down alone due to the smashed window So a stay with very little sleep, could on use the 1 sofa to watch tv meaning the kids use the sofa and adults just sat at the table Have more pictures but will only allow me to use 4 Have tried to speak with them through customer service but they have ignored messages

− The fact the home was double booked & I was informed 1 hour before check in. Other accommodation was extortionate, meaning I traveled to work daily (making my days extremely long) 14.5 hours door to door after dropping the team off.
