1.0− TOTALLY SCAMMED !!!!! THE PROPERTY WAS EMPTY. KEY CODE SENT TO ME BY BOOKING.COM ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL DID NOT WORK. AFTER BEING TOLD BY BOOKING.COM THAT THEY WOULD ARRANGE ALTERNATIVE ACCOMODATION WITHIN 45 MINUTES, STILL WAITING FROM THEM TO REPLY AFTER 4 DAYS.
Great place to stay!
10.0Very nice, specious property. I really enjoyed our stay, the reviews got me a bit worried about the state of the house, but to be honest they are either super unreasonable or the landlord had addressed them. I could see few marks on the wall or a wobbly drawer, but I find it ridiculous to be bothered by it. The house is big, spacious, clean, kitchen is well equipped, there are two big dinning tables, so plenty of space to sit everyone. Great place to stay on my opinion!

5.0− Showers weren’t hot, dripping tap in the kitchen. Holes in walls. Garden front and back full of weeds you struggled to get up the steps to the front door due to the weeds and the hand rail broken. This was a serious hazard for the children, they couldn’t play out the back due to the over grown garden.

7.0The property is in a very good, accessible location with a good amount of room and space. Shops, bar, sea side and all others attraction place were very close to house.
− Overall, maintenance is not good; wear and tear marks must be repaired in a timely manner. The rubbish bin must be empty for the next visitor. Wall clocks and mirrors are missing.
Poor Cleanliness and Possible Pest Issue
1.0Large house that seemed reasonable price for the size
− I stayed here for two nights in early August. On arrival, the bedding had an unwashed smell. On the morning of departure, I saw a bug in the bed. The next day I developed multiple itchy rash marks/bites that have lasted over a week and caused significant discomfort. When I contacted the host, the response was dismissive and denied any possibility of a problem, despite several past reviews mentioning musky smells or guests feeling the need to rewash bedding. My main concern is that there could be a hygiene or pest issue that has not been investigated, which could impact other guests.
