As advertised, great location

Very homely and traditional

A rather special place

10.0

I absolutely loved the cottage, the garden, the location by the river overlooking the meadows. Thank you. I would very much like to stay there again. It was rather special.

Disappointed.

3.0

The location was great. A short walk into town and yet it felt as though you were in the country away from traffic. Parking is difficult. It’s a tight spot and unloading and loading is not ideal as you are about 50 yards from the cottage.

Apart from the main bedroom the beds leave a lot to be desired. The single bed in the single room on the first floor is not suitable for an adult. The mattress is the cheapest on the market. The main bedroom has no hanging space. There is a cupboard with potential but no attempt has been made to install a rail. The whole place needs some TLC. The two “sofas” in the sitting area are completely knackered. I could go on!

Very good

Location great, nice views from front of property and good to be so close to the river

Parking for groups is tricky, but that was well communicated before stay

Lovely stay but needs to be more secure if you take a small dog.

Close to town and seaside. Made a good base to travel from, nice aspect across nature reserve.

Lack of space for groceries as the cupboards were full of utensils and garden not suitable for small dogs, our small dog escaped through the fence at the top of the enclosed garden where the gate is to the second garden. Had to go in the garden on a lead after this.
