Amazing cottage and beautifully presented
10.0A Beautiful property, we had a great stay. Some lovely touches re Cookies and Wine. A perfect stay and we will be back 👍
− Just a couple of points which may be helpful to the owners. 1. secure the back left of the rear courtyard, we had to use the garden table to stop our dogs getting out. 2. A gate at the bottom of the stairs to stop dogs getting upstairs? We noticed this from the photos and took our own barrier.
Cosy home from home, highly recommend!
10.0The house was absolutely lovely! In a quiet area with brilliant walks for our dogs on the doorstep. Aldeburgh and Thorpeness are minutes away. The house is spotless and really cosy, we loved the decoration and it had everything we needed for a home from home stay. We really appreciated the milk, biscuits, bottle of wine and treats for the dogs! Just perfect, thank you!
Perfect cottage, not the best location
8.0The cottage itself was beautiful, lovely decor, cosy & felt like home. Wasn’t the best location as there wasn’t much in walking distance, the local pub was a big let down and there wasn’t much in the town. If I could move the cottage nearer to the beach, it would have been the perfect stay
− The location, nothing in walking distance so had to drive to the beach. Couldn’t fault the cottage though. I also couldn’t find the high chair that said was supplied, making it difficult to feed my 1 year old
Superb
9.0Came with my son and daughter to attend Latitude festival. Lovely cottage and ideal for our purpose. Really appreciated the little things like the tea, coffee and sugar and bottle of wine. Great for visiting Aldeburgh, Thorpeness etc. Neighbours very friendly too. Hope you like the Lavender soap we left for you. Made by hand by my daughter from her own Lavender field.
− A little pricey for a two night break but as it was in the perfect location for us we took it on the chin.
