Great flat, management company difficult to deal with
5.0The location was perfect, near everything we needed to be close to. The flat itself was on the third floor and was very nicely decorated inside with everything that we needed. The complex felt safe and secure.
− There was no information about how to collection the keys, we had to phone and was told that it should have come through the customer portal - however the instructions hadn't ever been sent. The company itself uses an external portal to send messages, it's not the most convenient given that booking.com has the same function. The money was taken instantly, however no where did it say this, there is also a £100 "deposit" held until the property is inspected then it's released back to you - I didn't know that either. To sum it up, the flat was great, the company who managed it made things more difficult that it needed to be and for that reason I'd avoid booking again.

10.0Great location for us to use as a base when visiting family. No faults with the accommodation it was like a home away from home. Short walk to the town centre and train station!! Will use again for future visits. Had to call ref the keys and my message was returned in a timely manner.
− The instruction for collecting the keys could have been a bit clearer on the notification. I couldn't see any mention of where to collect the key and we arrived later than expected due to the weather when travelling up. A friendly neighbour pointed us in the right direction.
