9.0Really easy check in. Parking simple. Very sweet place, exactly what we needed for visiting family in the area. Jonathan made himself completely available to us whilst leaving us to enjoy the house and surroundings.
− Nothing bad at all but quite small so consider this if you are a family, you'll want to probably use the house as a base for other activities (plenty to do in the area, would recommend the little steam train at the garden centre).

3.0Location was ideal for our event.
− The property was damp and cold. Kitchen equipment was dirty still and sink drainer rusty. Air diffusers were all empty. The tvs did not work. The roof leaked which tripped the eletric. The garden and entrance area was untidy and overgrown. The outside seating area at the back was fully overgrown and not kept.
Fantastic stay, albeit too short.
10.0Milk supplied and host was more than happy to provide additional food supplies if required. Beds really comfortable, friends 6 year old loved the cottage:)
