10.0Property had everything we needed and more couldn’t fault it. Perfect location for a nice walk into Peebles. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Very peaceful setting highly recommend would definitely return for another visit.

10.0Arleen was fantastic and very welcoming, brought us fresh eggs from the farm in the morning and couldn’t have been more of a help. The accomodation was perfectly as described and very comfortable and homely.

10.0Very cozy and clean. Super comfy beds, fluffy towels, fresh eggs. Parking available. Friendly owners. Within walking distance of the main town. Supermarkets close by. Nice restaurants, pubs, chippy close. Bus stop outside. Beautiful scenery 👌
