10.0Spectacular setting, fabulous property, amazing room and very welcoming hostess.

9.0Location and breakfast was excellent, Alison is a fountain of knowledge and to show us around the house and our room and the secret garden was just brilliant.
− Please do not let this put you off as it happens but there was an empty can under the bed and bits of tobacco over the sofa.
