9.0Amazing property, very clean, loads of space. Pool table & table football went down a storm!!
Excellent location for relaxing family break.
10.0Very large, modern and well decorated property. Very comfortable bed and decent shower. Plenty of plates and cutlery etc and great kitchen appliances. Lovely location for a relaxing break and great walk through woods and alongside the river. Good for visiting nearby attractions and Bourne town only 5 minutes drive with several supermarkets and restaurants etc.

Beautiful setting for a holiday let.
10.0The hosts Melanie and Phil were very helpful right from the initial booking. The rooms are situated in a stunning setting with beautiful views of the river, old mill and surrounding fields. There has been a lot of thought and passion gone into these holiday lets. We will definitely be returning.
