10.0The authenticity of the cottage. The very comfortable beds and the location. Its a charming place which thoroughly enchanted my French friends during their stay.

10.0This is our second stay here this time for Christmas for two weeks. We absolutely adore the cottage has everything you need so very cosy and the quirkiness and character of the building tops it off. The log burner was very handy for the cold nights and with the record player playing in the background it certainly sets the scene. The local pub was really nice and quite literally only a few steps away. The local town of south Molton is only 5 miles away though we chose great torrington which was 15 miles away. Some lovely walks to be had to. We will certainly be back again.

Peaceful, relaxing place to stay
9.0Quiet location, spacious bedrooms, nice pub a short walk away. Fresh milk plus tea and coffee a nice bonus.
− Sofa's in main lounge a bit tired, could do with more/better cushioning. Parking space quite tight unless you have a very small car.
