9.0Very spacious with 2 full baths and a beautiful patio. It had everything we needed and was beautifully tucked among the trees!
− It was hard to get around without a car, but that is not the fault of our wonderful hosts – much of St Austell is just a bit hard to get around.
Beautiful cottage lovely grounds.
8.0The cottage is beautiful and so well equipped with everything you could ever need for your stay. The beds are comfortable and good shower. The little courtyard garden was a lovely space to sit and relax. The gardens near the property was so beautiful and calming to walk around, and Charlestown harbour was a lovely afternoon out great views and lovely pubs.
− The property is near a very busy road so we had to make the choice of open window and be kept awake by card and bikes speeding all through the night or shut the windows and be very hot. Also not a massive negative. The decking has one open side, we took out miniature dachshund. We had to keep her on a lead incase she tried to get under the decking. Our choice not a negative just and observation for anyone else going with a tiny dog.
Recommended, very nice accommodation.

− Every thing was nice one suggestion is to have some identification on the door of the property as it is secluded and couple of villas around so difficult to identify
