9.0Excellent welcome hamper with home baking. Beautifully decorated throughout. Well maintained. Good supply of towels for the hot tub and the owner dealt quickly with a hot tub issue when we were there. Fully resolved . It was easy to get parked on the street when we visited.
− The place overall was wonderful. To nit- pick and more for advice for others, especially those with limited mobility, the space is a little neat between the downstairs sink and radiator with restricted access to the toilet. Again, not a fault, just a suggestion. A good add on for the hot tub area would be a simple canvas kite awning that would be easy to take up and down that could provide some basic shade .from sun/ rain in the small courtyard for sitting or using the hot tub
The welcome pack was the best we have ever had , treats for the kids & a dog biscuit also !

9.0Amazing location, quirky house, spacious and cosy. Gorgeous homemade scones and cake was a lovely gift from the hosts!
− Only criticism would be the mattress's on the middle floor weren't very comfortable, the top floor mattress was comfy though! Maybe a mattress topper would be a good investment for middle floor beds

Well located thoughtfully presented property
9.0Fab location as. Amble is a very friendly unpretentious town. The owners obviously care about the property. Bed in the top room very comfy. Beds in the other bedrooms could be comfier by comparison.
We had a great family holiday in Northumberland with so many lovely places to visit.
10.0The house is very comfortable with everything you need. The decor and furnishings are all really interesting and quirky.
