9.0Location, hosts, property! I always leave constructive feedback to the hosts when staying in properties...genuinely lovely home overall and enjoyed our stay.
− We did have an issue with the freezer being stuck closed, as it had frozen shut. Having just purchased ice cream, this was an initial annoyance BUT the hosts were lovely. Offered to have someone out straight away and offered to refund costs of the ice creams. Absolutely lovely customer service! Door can be a bit difficult at first, but once mastered was not an issue.

9.0Such a peaceful, quiet and beautiful location. Comfortable and adequately equipped accommodation.
− Personal touches from the host would be welcomed. First place we stayed in a long time where there was no welcome information pack, or message/greeting.

8.0Self catering but appreciated the teabags and extras. Quiet location, lovely views over fields. Need a car /bike to get to the nearest pubs.Felt safe there and could keep an eye on our bikes.

9.0The lodge was lovely. Clean and quite spacious. Beds were comfy. Beautiful scenery and so quiet. Will defo stay again.
