− Access roads very narrow and a bit further away from village than anticipated.
Comfortable and fun stay
10.0The cottage was very comfortable and cosy and in a rural quiet location with a wonderful view. The indoor pool and games room provided great facilities. Jeremy was very kind to go out of his way to drop off some extras. FYI bring your own shampoo/showergel Visit Pennywell farm if you have kids
Delightful stay in Devon
10.0We loved the layout of the home and fell in love with the stable door. It's really easy to find, we did like having separate bathrooms worked really well. We loved the log fire and just loved how it was decorated. The beds were really comfortable and the facilities were perfect. We loved the access to the swimming pool as well.
− I wouldn't say didn't like, just something to be mindful of. The property is within countryside roads so I just wanted to share that in case you have a big car or not very confident in driving as it can be narrow, especially when passing cars.

10.0The cottage is beautiful. It as everything you need and more. You can relax, unwind and feel totally refreshed . Whether you sit and relax, go fir a walk or go fir a swim in the pool, you will only feel better with the excellent surroundings. You awake to peace and quiet , and you feel so chilled . We had 7 days there , and it was a great holiday

9.0Lovely get away. Peaceful, lots to do for the kids. Everything provided for and organized, super clean and nice clean smell when you first enter the house. We want to come back!
− Only miss a toilet downstairs but that’s just the way the houses are set up.
