9.0Lovely historic large 3 bed property in great location near Bude Town. Large lounge, long dinning room table & kitchen for entertaining. Comfortable beds & 2 bathrooms, everything you need for great stay.
− My only feedback. Think keysafe would be better situated by front door. Owner was great on the phone to explain all. Arrived flustered after travels & exceptionally hot day, so may have said within check in details.
Perfect central location and stunning property

It was okay, but was hoping for more.
7.0The location was really good, super close to the beach and the town. You can tell that the downstairs design and main bathroom has had a lot of thought put into it, as well as the main bedroom. The other two bedrooms were not comfortable at all, and really put a downer on the experience because half of us were exhausted from not sleeping much.
− The two additional bedrooms, there was obviously a massive leak in the kitchen that has affected the paint on the walls, so gave the place a slightly unfinished look, or a "landlord special" look. It's always frustrating when places don't have basic cleaning products, and the oven is complicated to use. The way to turn down/up the heating is a little bit tricky too.
