7.0Had a lovely stay ,very well equipped great location Well presented
− Beds not to uncomfortable, Bathroom wasn't clean enough ,washing up rack was very dirty, same as the cutlery The decking need to be cleaned and redecorated in the future The sofas were very poor Oven was so dirty
Gorgeous!! Lovely beach house on a lovely little park!
9.0The Beach House is gorgeous! It is so clean and homely, we fell in love with it straight away! The beds are super comfy and it just felt so welcoming, like a home away from home.
− I wouldn’t say there was anything we didn’t like- we could park the car right at the front of the property and the swimming pool, arcade, restaurant and shop were all right in the doorstep. It’s a brilliant located little house. The only criticism I have about the whole stay is the local pub ‘The White Horse’ which has great reviews online but in person is vile… This of course is nothing to do with the park we stayed on or the property, it just was a bit disappointing so I thought I would let future guests know! You’re much better staying on site and eating/drinking at the “Coast Bar & Restaurant” where the food is delicious and the staff are all lovely!
A great 3bed holiday home, ideal position to explore
7.0A neat compact two storey unit. Nicely decorated. Sofas were in need of some tlc. Basic tv in lounge but didn’t have on much. Compact fully equipped kitchen. Fridge with freezer compartment. Washer dryer. We had an issue with the oven, but that was due to the oven being switched off at the wall moving up the clock we couldn’t get it to work, but grill worked. Also fridge and hot water were switched off. We switched the hot water on but couldn’t get it to work. This is being checked out with the owner, who was very apologetic that it didn’t work well there is. Towels and linen all clean. A small Juliet balcony in main bedroom. Small gated fenced off decking area with patio set and BBQ Onsite facilities:- Covered Swimming pool behind the unit. Collect access card from the bar area it’s included in the hire costs. Pool is shallow to 1.5 m with changing room and open showers. Pool and showers are lovely and warm. Restaurant ( prices reasonable but didn’t use) and bar area with live entertainment on Saturdays. Children playground and a small grass crazy golf area. Pub across the road does good and takeaway and is also the local shop and a Chinese take away next door to that. A nice site set on a cliff 10 minute drive to Gorleston-on-Sea has a beautiful beach and beach huts. Tide doesn’t go out at this area a nice cafe Jays Jays dues take away food or eat in. A great long weekend break Thank you.
− See above - owner was very apologetic when we spoke to her and had assured us it will get sorted. The washing machine drawer needs a deep clean. We didn’t see the welcome book. That needs to be left where we can see it clearly. There were a lot of tourist leaflets in the coffee table drawer but many were out of date by a few years.
Lovely
