Was suitable for our needs, good location.
7.0Ideal for visiting villages and the coast of North Norfolk. Next door to a nice friendly pub, so food and drink readily available, and no noise from the pub. Took our own breakfasts but there was a really nice convenience store 2 minutes away. Parked on the road outside, but that was OK.
− Dust on several surfaces, window ledges, bedside tables and towel rail in the bathroom. Having said that, bathroom and kitchen were both clean as well as the bed, it didn't spoil our holiday.

Perfectly located but a little disappointing.
4.0Good location, you can walk into Burnham Market. The toilet, cooker and shower are in good working order. Nice decor in the main room. The place has potential. It was a shame it didn’t live up to the photos.
− Unclean, the property was dirty and needed a thorough clean. There were dog hairs and cobwebs everywhere. In the end we purchased our own cleaning supplies and gave the place a bit of a clean. Lack of basics, there was 1 toilet roll for a family of 4 and no bin bags. The place is very small, not suitable for a family of 4, the description says there is a seating area but it is just a sofa in the bedroom so there was nowhere to sit and relax. No wifi, which is a basic requirement for a holiday cottage. My husband had to go to the pub next door every evening to work.
