− showers stopped working if someone ran a bath. one of the large single beds on second floor sloped in whilst sleeping.

Disappointed by property owner

− The key provided snapped in the lock which left us stranded in the street. This was due to a faulty lock or poor quality key. It was resolved relatively quickly but the host is attempting to charge us for this? Very disappointed as we were happy overall with the property and this has soured our trip unfortunately I don’t believe it’s reasonable to charge for a broken key through no fault of our own. If anything the host should be apologising for a situation that left 7 adults in the street at 7pm until it was resolved?! Feels a bit like an attempt to squeeze more money out of me for no good reason

We had an amazing stay at Beau Townhouse and would highly recommend for large groups. 10/10

We loved the comfort of each room and the facilities provided throughout. The house is in an excellent location being on the main highstreet and was perfect for our stay.

− The double room on the top floor is only acessable via a very small staircase which wouldnt be great for any tall people as you would find it hard to get uptairs. Having multiple sets of keys would have been helpful as we were a big group that often split off.

Beautiful accomodation in the centre of Beaumaris would highly recommend

Beautiful house . Amazing location . We all had an amazing weekend . Thank you x The only thing we did find was The house was extremely hot at times and even though we tried turning down the heating it didn’t seem to do anything . This didn’t effect our stay we just had to open a few doors and windows at times . X x x
