10.0The house was exceptionally clean. Everything thought about, even throws on the sofa and condiments if you were cooking. Really impressed with the home. Could not fault it. If we are back in Dumfries will stay here again. You can walk into town in 8/10 mins. Closer for a shop and takeaways. Communication was excellent all the way throughout from booking.

9.0It was clean, really well designed and laid out. All beds were very comfortable and the place was excellent for a weekend in Dumfries. Parking easy, getting in easy, everything we needed was there in the property and it was very clean and comfortable. It was a cold June (11 degrees) and the heating was on (a little, the weather was nice sometimes) so we were always comfortable
− One minor thing - note there is no dishwasher (there is a washing machine) but we didn't need it at all.

Exactly what I wanted for my birthday weekend.
9.05 adults shared this property and there was plenty of room for us without being on top of eachother. The distance into Dumfries was excellent.
