The facilities, 2 bathrooms, well appointed, lots of kitchen equipment. Maps and games.

− The road was noisy. Parking can be a little tricky.

Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends. Great amenities, well kitted out.

The house was very well equipped, we could have stayed alot longer with no issues. All very clean on arrival, easy to set up and has all the info you need. The area seems ok, we were only there two nights and away all the Saturday. At night very quiet despite being on road side. Good Wi-Fi if you need it. One of our party needed to do a little work and it was no issue. Beds in all the rooms were very comfy. Pillows a bit hard for my wife but not too bad, its a personal thing!! Great Kitchen and utilities, it really has all you need :)

− It does have a small yard at the back you could sit in we did not use it but the surrounding area is not that aesthetic. Several properties along the road are empty or look run down. This did not affect us and the area was fine just the street not the best to look at. Parking in Morrisons car park was ok. £8 for 2 nights so cheap, have about 400m to lug any luggage if you have it from there. There are spaces just 50-80m up the road if you can get in them otherwise 5 min around the one way circuit to get back to the house.

Great location. House was spacious and well equipped. Having two bathrooms was great.

− Think the provision of shower gel in the showers would have been good - it is certainly something had in other places and same with tea/coffee/sugar. Didn't like the fact that couldn't leave recycling at the property - the manual did say that could take to Morrisons which is close by but when got there no recycling. In second bedroom very dusty behind wardrobe which was a bit of a problem for one guest who has a sensitivity.

Lovely, spacious and clean.

− Induction hob had no induction use pans and so couldn’t use hob to cook.

Central Penrith

Great place in central Penrith few minutes walk from town centre and rail station. Great facilities and bedrooms were brilliant.

− Only one little issue was with one of the bedsheets. Not really a problem for us but we reported the matter and it was fine.

A good place to stay - handy for town, but quiet

There was nothing not to like. The house was very spacious, clean, tidy and well equipped.

− Beds were different! Don't remember the last time I slept on a mattress with springs. Got a decent night's sleep though and the pillows were very comfy.
