− Heating was rather hot in the bathrooms, we couldn’t find out how to lower the heating.

7.0It was lovely and spacious all the rooms were generous sizes, the hot tub was a great bonus.
− Unfortunately the bedroom surfaces (bedside tables and shelving storage) and the floor were extremely dusty, leaving bags, clothing and our feet really dirty.

10.0It was a first rate property for a family event with space for 11 in five bedrooms. Facilities on site are excellent and location great. Hot tub is great and try the breakfast at the cafe on site

A wonderful, family-friendly stay
10.0The lodge was really well maintained and easy to locate. The beds were comfortable and the living area had everything that we needed. The building also stayed really cool when it was hot outside. Everything was clean and tidy and freshly decorated. They were able to provide a high chair, spare bedding and a travel cot. The surroundings were nice and quiet. It’s also easy to contact the owners if needed.
Perfect birthday weekend for all the family
9.0Spacious and well equipped. Very comfortable. Large en suites. Loved hot tub. Convenient parking. Nearby Farm shop. Helpful and flexible staff. 10 of us with 4 kids of varying ages - Quex park had something for all of us within walking distance.
− Vehicle workshop next door noisy with grinding tools and surprising all over Easter weekend including Sunday. Slightly spoilt peaceful atmosphere. Maybe a low fence around courtyard would have been useful with the kids and more privacy.
