2.0− People dealing drugs on the street right outside the property. I booked the accommodation for 4 nights. The host completely ignored me the first night refusing to give me access. So I had to book and pay for somewhere else. Then the following day messaged with checking in instructions, still ignoring the messages. I’ve made 2 complaints to booking.com and been ignored aswell. This is also not the first time this has happened.
