10.0Everything was great. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is plenty of hot water. The district is very quiet - no noisy cafes or late night parties. Just nearby there are some small family cafes and shops selling fruit and veg. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes away on foot. The beach is five minutes' walk away. There is always plenty of space and it's not expensive to hire a sunbed/parasol. The water is very clean. The minibus to Batumi stops just by the house, but you should be aware of huge traffic jams in the evenings. However, taxis are cheap (Bolt) and the drivers know how to get round the jams. Sofio, our hostess, is a very friendly and helpful lady. She was always ready to organize taxis when we needed them late at night it early in the morning. She was also very helpful when our little child was unwell and very generous when we had a birthday celebration. Before we arrived, when we were planning our trip, she was also very quick to answer any questions we had. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

10.0Все понравилось, дом чистый, комнаты красивые, мебель новая, балконы, из окон видны красивые горы, а море всего в 5 минутах ходьбы, двор красивый, где мы жарили шашлыки, во дворе было 2 беседки, во дворе были красивые елки и декоративные деревья.

10.0Все понравилось, красивый двор, чистый дом, комнаты аккуратные, с новой мебелью, потрясающий вид на горы, свежий воздух, что хорошо, во дворе есть ели и деревья, для нас это было главным, красивые павлины во дворе, детям очень понравилось.
