− To just have en suite toilets is a disadvantage eg early risers not wanting to disturb sleepers

10.0Warm and cosy , great location and views . Comfortable beds and happy . Maybe some curtains by the front door window . TV easy to operate once I knew how . Very happy .would recommend it .

Relaxing, great location, lots to do outdoors, good place to rest.
9.0Location was great. Quiet village, shallow river at bottom of the garden. Handy porch for all our walking boots, cycle kit.
− One of the lights in lounge didn’t work. Door to back of house tough to unlock & lock.
