A great stay in a great apartment.

A great week in corfu. The apartment was fantastic, very spacious and well equipped. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, decent area with great location. the roof top balcony was much bigger than expected, with a good view of the port, there are table with 6 chairs and an umbrella for shade on sunny days. Highly recommend. about 20 minute walk into the old town, and 5 minutes to the local shops for snacks and drinks. Very kind hosts who checked in every other day, and offered advice and services like house keeping.

− any quibbles with our stay were out of the control of the apartment and the host. The planes flying over are very loud and frequent (they stop at night). A key to the bathroom door would've been great but nothing knocking couldn't fix. Bit of a walk to the nearest bins but nothing extreme

Upmarket apartment

The apartment was very handy for the Igoumenitsa ferry, only 5 or 10 minutes walk away. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We stayed in the bedroom with an enormous bed; there was a second bedroom with two very large single beds. There was a very effective aircon system in the bedroom. We appreciated the 'goodies' that were awaiting us - a bottle of wine, jars of jam and honey, water, juice, etc. There certainly were good roof top views - we tended to sit at the roof top table in the evening when it was cooling off. It was a 20 or 30 minute walk to the town centre, but a local blue bus could be used. The apartment was in a quiet location with fridge and a full range of kitchen equipment.

− The stairs were very steep so care was needed! This could be an issue for the less able. There were one or two restaurants within 10 mins walk but you need to go to the town centre for a better selection.
