7.0Πολύ καλή λειτουργία κλιματισμού, άνετα στρώματα, δέχεται κατοικίδια.
− Η καθαριότητα ήταν κάτω του μετρίου, για επισκέπτες από Ελλάδα η τηλεόραση δεν έχει ελληνικά κανάλια, ο περιβάλλον εξωτερικός χώρος χρειάζεται περιποίηση, τα έπιπλα στο διαμέρισμα κάποια χρειάζονται αλλαγή και κάποια βιολογικό καθαρισμό (καναπέδες). Το περιβάλλον εκτός σπιτιού έχει πάρα πολλές σφήκες (δεν ξέρω αν μπορεί να επέμβει σε αυτό η ιδιοκτησία). Δεν έχει εκτός των σπιτιών κάδο απορριμμάτων και πρέπει να τα κουβαλάς μόνο σου με το αυτοκίνητο στη Φοινικούντα. Το τελευταίο χιλιόμετρο για να φτάσεις στη βίλα είναι με δρόμο τσιμεντόστρωτο σε άθλια κατάσταση.

9.0Πολύ άνετο σπίτι με μεγάλους χώρους. Αρκετά άνετα κρεβάτια, καλά τοποθετημένα και αθόρυβα κλιματιστικά. Καλό μπάνιο που του λείπει ένα έπιπλο να ακουμπάς πράγματα. Εχει ένα πολύ μικρό. Καθαρή πισίνα που την φρόντιζαν αρκετά συχνά. Ο κύριος Νικήτας σε κάποια μικροπροβληματάκια ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα. Στο θέμα της καθαριότητας προσφέρθηκε να μας εξυπηρετήσει με έξτρα επισκέψεις.
− Μια φορά την εβδομάδα καθαριότητα δεν αρκεί. Τουλάχιστον μια φορά στις τρεις μέρες χρειάζεται. Κάποια ελλείψεις σε προϊόντα καθαρισμού. Από τον κύριο δρόμο έχει 1 χιλιόμετρο τσιμεντόδρομο κάπως κακοτράχαλο κατα διαστήματα. Δεν ειναι πρόβλημα για συμβατικό αμάξι απλά πρέπει να πηγαίνεις πολύ αργά.
